Potsdamer Platz
Foi toda construída em 1995 e possui arquitetura arrojada e utópica, com shopping centres, cinemas e tem a cúpula da Sony que muda de cor a noite.
(It was built entirely from ground up in 1995. You will find bold and utopian architecture, shopping centre a movie theatre. The dome of the Sony Center is lit by different colours at night and is the landmark of this area).

Brandemburg Gate
É o primeiro local que vem na cabeça quando pensamos na Alemanha, é o símbolo do país e sua história foi feita aqui, durante a Guerra Fria e a divisão da Alemanha entre o leste e oeste de Berlin. Quando o muro foi derrubado em 1989 e o país se uniu, o Portão de Brandemburg se tornou o marco da nova Alemanha.
(It is one of the first landmarks that comes to mind when thinking of Germany, it is a national symbol of the country. During the Cold war and the division of Germany, this landmark stood between East and West Berlin. When the Wall fell in 1989 and Germany was reunited, the Brandenburg Gate became the iconic landmark of a new Germany.)

Muro de Berlin - The Berlin Wall
Foi uma barreira construída pela Republica Democrática
Alemã em 13.08.61 que separava o oeste e o leste da Alemanha. Foi derrubado em 09.11.89.
(The Berlin Wall was a barrier constructed by the German Democratic Republic starting on 13.08.61, that completely cut off West Berlin from surrounding East Germany and from East Berlin. The Wall came down on 09.11.89).

East Side Gallery
Depois da queda do muro, centenas de artistas de todo lugar do mundo vieram para Berlin para transformar o muro em obra de arte.
(After the Wall fell, hundreds of artists from all over the world, came to Betlin to transform the grim and gray wall into a piece of art.)

Checkpoint Charlie
Era o ponto de travessia entre os estrangeiros, de carro ou a pé, durante a guerra fria. De um lado era o setor americano e do outro russo.
(It was a crossing Point in the Berlin Wall for foreigners, by foot or car, during the Cold War. The American sector in one side and the US in the opposite side.)
