É considerada a ultima casa onde Virgem Maria, mãe de Jesus morou.

(This place is considered to be the last home of Virgen Mary, mother of Jesus Christ).

 
As pessoas fazem pedidos ou agradecimentos a Virgem Maria.
(People write notes to Virgen Mary).

Lugar/Place: Basílica de São João - Basilica of St. John

Acredita-se que São João passou seus últimos anos nessa região e depois de 300 anos da sua morte, uma igreja foi construída sob seu túmulo.
(It is believed that St. John had spent his last years in this region. Three hundred years after his death a church was constructed over his grave).

 
 

Lugar/Place: Cidade Romana - ancient Roman city. Temple of Artemis.
Foi uma das sete maravilhas do mundo antigo.
(It was one of the seven wonders of the ancient world).

Visitamos uma das fabricas de tapetes e pudemos ver como eles são feitos.
(We visited a tapestry factory and we could see how they are made).

 

Cidade/city: Kusadasi

 É a cidade onde a excursão acabou e eu fiquei por mais três dias. As praias são lindas e estava bem calor. Fui conhecer a Lady's beach.

(Out trip ended here and I stayed three days more. There are beautiful beaches there and I visited the Lady's beach).

 
 
 

 Cidade/city: Bodrum

De Kusadasi peguei um ônibus e em três horas estava em Bodrum, um lugar  de praia bem badalado. Fiquei quatro dias lá descansando e escrevendo para o blog. Fui conhecer a praia de Bardakçi, onde tem belos resorts.
(From Kusadasi I took a three hours bus to Bodrum, a famous beach destination in Turkey.  I spent there four days relaxing and writing to the blog. I also visited the beach called Bardakçi, where there are nice resorts).
