Essa é a cidade onde minha amiga Betty mora. Fica a meia hora de São Francisco, bem tranqüila, belas praias e somente 11.324 pessoas moram lá.

(This is the city where my friend Betty lives. It is half an hour from San Francisco and it is very quiet with nice beaches. There are 11.324 people living there.)

 

Centro da cidade e estavam se preparando para o Halloween. Mais de 30 crianças passaram pela casa de Betty pedindo doces ou travessuras.

(City centre - they were preparing for Halloween. More than 30 children went to Betty's house to ask 'treat or trick')

Praia de Mavericks é uma praia de surf e fica no vilarejo de Princeton-by-the-sea, onde Betty mora.

(Mavericks is a surfing beach at the village of Princeton-by-the- sea, near where Betty lives).

Betty me levou conhecer seu amigo Jim e fomos visitar alguns vinhedos da região.
(Betty took me to meet her friend Jim who lives in Los Gatos and we visited some wineries there).
